Report: Car Bombing in Damascus Was an Accident

According to Reform Party Syria, the bombing in Syria was an accident and not an actual terror attack. It is possible however, that the bombing really targetted the Palestinian branch of the Syrian Mukhabarat, which is not well beloved of Palestinians for obvious reasons.

 Car Bombing in Damascus Was an Accident

 

September 27, 2008 //RPS Staff// - As information seeps from the effects of today's bombing in Damascus, RPS has learned that the cause of the explosion was a small pick-up truck exiting from the garage of the Palestine branch located about 2kms from the sacred shrine of Sit Zaynab on al-Muthalak al-Jounoubi Road.

 

The Palestine Branch of the Syrian Mukhabarat where the explosion occurred is headed by none other than Gen. Suleiman Dayoub, a follower of Assef Shawkat who was head of the Military Intelligence in Syria. The Military Intelligence is responsible for rigging suicide cars later to be sent to Iraq or Lebanon.

 

RPS also learned that most of those killed are not civilians, as has been portrayed by the Syrian authorities, but rather internal security men who were in proximity of the explosion.

 

The target in question is a low-level, low-security target for any attempt by terrorists to take action against. Many more important and less guarded targets exist inside Syria that would have made a larger impact, if attacked, than a garage depot for a security apparatus. This leads RPS to question the veracity of the Syrian authorities when they claim the bombing was an act of terror against the Syrian regime.
